Integration with Twilio SMS Gateway
The more channels of communication with clients you have, the more useful Orderry is for your business. So today, we are introducing a new integration with Twilio SMS Gateway. Twilio empowers you to benefit from personalized interactions and trusted global communications with customers in 180+ countries.
This integration allows you to send notifications on work orders, leads and tasks to your clients and employees automatically or manually. All you need to do is to configure events and message templates for automatic notifications.
Or you can hover over the client's phone number to choose SMS sending and a message template.
Every message connected to work order or sent from it will be displayed in the Event feed.
Twilio Integration Setup
To configure the integration, follow these simple steps:
1. Create a Twilio account if you don't have one.
2. In Orderry, navigate to the Settings > Integrations page, find Twilio and click on the Configure button.
3. Specify Account SID, Auth token and Phone number from your Twilio account and tick the Integration enabled checkbox.
4. Save settings.
